During a strike, hotel employees stop working and walk off the job, often reducing housekeeping service, restaurant and bar options, valet assistance, and many other basic hotel amenities.

IRAYDA: we are ready

Strike-authorized hotels have failed to agree to a new and fair contract for workers.

Some of the workers most important issues are fair pay, a livable pension, affordable health care, and protections against sexual harassment.
