BREAKING NEWS: ALL CHARGES AGAINST DAVID HUERTA HAVE BEEN DISMISSED

The charges against SEIU-USWW President David Huerta have been dismissed by hte US Department of Justice. They tried to silence a union leader while he peacefully protested an ICE raid. They maced, tackled and arrested him. But did not succeed in silencing him. This is more than a legal victory.
